This was our first M2erlin installation in Cumbria and it was our biggest to date. Along with installing three M2erlin Experts we also installed a Packo 14,000ltr LSDIB and a PIB 60 ice builder and two Collinson feed silos and auger systems. We mounted a ladder rack above our M2erlins to support all our supply lines and cables, this allowed for a quick tidy installation. We installed two 60 gallon Cotswold water heaters and one Abac Spin air compressor which supplied the M2erlins with all the air and hot water they would need. Our client took advantage of the Expert’s two feeds as standard and had two feed augers installed one for normal cake and one for high protein cake. We installed a new Packo 14,000ltr ice water tank along with a PIB 60 ice builder which supplies both the tank and two plate coolers with ice water, which is the most efficient way to cool the milk.
